The EasyCubed User Management System, or UMS, is a system that allows for IT administrators to have visibility and management capabilities for the cloud and on-premise Microsoft systems in one centralized web console.
A variety of connectors provided by EasyCubed enable a flexible interaction between the console and your environment. For example, a combination of Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Online, and Exchange Online connectors effectively provides a single place to create and manage user information in AD, sync that information to Office 365, manage licenses, and update Exchange settings, all in one place.
Tasks in EasyCubed
Tasks are the backbone of the EasyCubed UMS. Most data you see in the UMS is collected with, and most actions you take in the UMS are executed as, one or more tasks by your EasyCubed Task Processor.

The UMS Dashboard gives IT administrators high-level visibility into their environment based on the connectors that are installed in the environment.



User Management
EasyCubed is designed specifically for the management of user objects in Active Directory through the Active Directory connector. A simplified user interface allows for direct view and edit capabilities for the most common attributes in Active Directory. From creating users, to resetting passwords, to changing group memberships, the UMS has you covered.
Reporting
EasyCubed provides you with a central place to pull reports through the connectors you have installed. The following connectors contain reports:

Asset Management
EasyCubed provides a schema extension for Active Directory that allows you to store Asset information in your Active Directory and view and manage this information in the EasyCubed UMS. The Asset Management capabilities in the UMS are automatically enabled when you have the Active Directory connector installed and the EasyCubed Asset Management Schema Extension applied to your Active Directory.
